Tanpa Keharusan

Walaupun tahu itu baik. Tapi jika yang mengajak kebaikan itu dengan paksaan. Maka tak ada kenyamanan. Dalam melaksanakan petunjuk itu.

Tentunya jika paksaan itu berlaku bagi orang yang demikian percaya pada dirinya sendiri. Dengan kata lain ia yang tak suka diatur-atur.

Sedangkan bagi orang yang terbiasa mengekor. Malah tanpa paksaan pun ia akan dengan senang hati melakukan. Karena ia sendiri tak tahu apa yang mesti dilakukan.

Ketidakyakinan pada apa yang mesti dilakukan. Acapkali terjadi pada mereka yang terbatas pada pengetahuan. Keputusan perbuatan yang mestinya sebuah konklusi dari premis-premis. Tak disadarinya karena minim informasi yang logis.

Namun bukan berarti orang yang tak suka diatur. Adalah orang yang berpikiran lentur. Bisa jadi itu karena sifatnya yang keras kepala. Yang tak mampu memilah mana paksaan, dan mana ajakan berdasar data yang sudah jadi fakta.

Maka begitu pentingnya kemampuan persuasif para penyampai. Bukan hanya perlu indahnya tutur kata yang disampaikan dengan rasa damai. Namun perlu dipahami siapa halayak yang jadi target tujuan. Dengan tanpa menghilangkan nilai kebenaran yang hendak disampaikan.

Memang sudah menjadi rahasia umum. Bahwa perjuangan tanpa pengorbanan ibarat wajah cantik wanita yang tanpa senyum. Terlihat indah dalam rupa. Tapi tak sampai mendebarkan semua isi dada.

Karena kadang dengan perbedaan suasana. Dari yang tadinya tak enak diraba menjadi sedemikian mempesona. Membuat sisi batin kita bahagianya terbuka ke alam nyata. Seperti layaknya sebuah ide yang sudah mewujud sebagaimana imajinasi para konseptornya.
